Earlier this month, two IIUSA Regional Center members were the subjects of empowering stories in their local media showing the benefits of EB-5 on their communities. If not for EB-5, these projects may very well have not been possible, but now they are bustling centers of employment, providing necessary medical treatment to communities in need.
In Devens, MA, a town outside of Boston, EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts celebrated the opening of the TaraVista Treatment Center. The article showcases a 108-bed acute psychiatric treatment center that also specializes in substance abuse treatment. $8 million in EB-5 funds helped finance the hospital.
EB-5 New York State Regional Center was the focus of an article that highlighted to use of $50 million in EB-5 funds to help finance the new 183-bed Oishei Children’s Hospital on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
