The IIUSA Virtual EB-5 Industry Forum is off to a great start! Yesterday (November 10), we were pleased to welcome hundreds of live attendees from around the world for our ‘EB-5 Government Affairs Updates” day. We were equally pleased to provide attendees with critical updates on the state of play on Capitol Hill as well as the outlook for EB-5 in 2021 and beyond.
Joining our discussion, was Sarah M. Kendall Chief of the Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) at U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) who shared updates on USCIS staffing, processing, and other agency updates. Recordings for the Forum’s first day are now available through the IIUSA Education Libary.
Day 1 Panels Include:
- Post Election Outlook for the EB-5 Regional Center Industry
- Guest of Honor: Ms. Sarah M. Kendall, Chief of the Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) at USCIS (Read her remarks)
