EB-5 Industry Convenes in San Diego for the Domestic Event of the Year!

Last week, IIUSA hosted its 13th Annual EB-5 Industry Forum in San Diego, CA. The event was a major success with well over 300 attendees, 40+ sponsors, and over 50 expert speakers. NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS SEATED

Before the official start of the EB-5 Industry Forum, IIUSA members participated in the association’s 18th Annual Membership Meeting which resulted in the adoption of two bylaws amendments and the election of new officers and directors. Members also heard an association budget summary and recognized the service of two outgoing, long-standing officers: President Robert Kraft and Secretary-Treasurer Stephen Strnisha.

After the votes were tallied with very close margins, IIUSA was proud to announce its newest leaders. Welcome to the association’s newest officers: Bill Gresser, President, EB5 New York State (President); Noreen Hogan, President, CMB Regional Centers (Vice President); Adam Greene, Executive Vice President EB-5 Program, Peachtree Group (Secretary-Treasurer) as well as our two newest board members: Lulu Gordon, General Counsel, EB5 Capital and Daniel Wycklendt, President, FirstPathway Partners.

LONG-STANDING MEMBERS RECOGNIZED

During the event, we were pleased to recognize the long-standing support of members from around the country. Representatives from organizations with 15+ years and 10+ years of membership were distinguished with new commemorative pins to proudly display their loyalty to the association. These enduring members were then invited to the conference stage on Monday, May 22nd for recognition from the 300+ in attendance and a photo opportunity.

The support of our long-standing members and the loyalty they exhibit is and will continue to be the backbone of IIUSA, and therefore the backbone of the EB-5 industry. Congratulations to our 10 and 15-year members for this accomplishment and thank you for your dedicated service to IIUSA. We look forward to celebrating with new reward recipients in 2024!
