IIUSA is the unifying voice of the EB-5 Regional Center industry, representing thousands of diverse stakeholders who contribute to the billions of dollars of economic development and job growth achieved  in the United States through EB-5 investment.

For over fifteen years,  IIUSA has actively promoted industry education, encouraged ethical market behavior and advocated for the permanent authorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program to enhance Regional Center activities.

Membership Categories

The following levels of membership are valid for a 12-month period, beginning on the date that your application is processed.

Introductory Member Program

A discounted membership is available to any organization that has not been a duespaying member of IIUSA for 2+ years. These organizations receive a 50% discount on their first year of membership. The introductory rate is highlighted below in blue.

Center (RC)

1st Year: $2,400

Renewal: $4,800

Regional Center members are organizations which own one or more Federally Designated (Active) Regional Centers.

Nonprofit / Government RC

1st Year: $1,800

Renewal: $3,600

Non-profit and/or government-owned Federally Designated (Active) EB-5 Regional Center(s).


 1st Year: $1,500

Renewal: $3,000

Organizations that provide EB-5-related services, i.e. attorneys, broker/dealers, real estate developers, financial advisors, or other U.S.-based EB-5 service providers.


 1st Year: $500

Renewal: $1,000

EB-5 service providers with primary business operations based outside the United States, including migration agents and other professionals who help investors navigate the EB-5 process.

IIUSA is a nonpartisan, 501(c)6 not-for-profit organization. Dues are not deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
