It has come to our attention that at least one EB-5 project promoter in China is falsely marketing themselves as a representative of Invest in the USA (IIUSA). This individual also claims to be representing IIUSA to raise capital for a specific EB-5 project.
Please be aware this individual is not employed by or in any way associated with IIUSA. Furthermore, IIUSA does not promote any individual EB-5 projects, nor does IIUSA employ any staff in China.
Any individuals claiming employment by IIUSA are purposefully misrepresenting themselves. We encourage all foreign intermediaries, prospective investors, and other international stakeholders to verify official IIUSA representatives by consulting the association’s staff directory here.
