IIUSA recently received the below email from member LCR Capital Partners. It details the issues their firm recently experienced when another EB-5 company “purchased a domain name…[that] contains both our name and service mark”. Said company proceed to redirect traffic from the domain to their own separate website. We have republished that email below, with permission, as a word of caution to other IIUSA members.
