The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 promised big changes for the industry: a reauthorization of the Regional Center program, new disclosure rules for agents, reserved visas for rural and infrastructure projects, and a whole host of new compliance requirements. Things got off to a rough start thanks to a slow rollout of clarity on new rules, but now that a year has passed, we have more perspective on what effect the RIA has had (and will continue to have) on EB-5.
In this webinar, a panel of industry experts will discuss what we’ve learned from the past year. How have the visa set-asides, disclosure requirements, and other changes from the RIA affected the participation in the program by issuers and by investors? Has USCIS processing gotten better or worse? What can we expect from the future?
Anyone with an interest in EB-5 can benefit from hearing seasoned experts engaging in an informative discussion about the current state of the industry.
