Q3/Q4: East Asia & India
East Asia remains the hub for all things EB-5 with China retaining its position at the center of the EB-5 industry.
IIUSA maintains strong partnerships with the Korean Emigration Association, Taiwan Immigration Consultants Association, and the Guangdong Entry & Exit Association among others. We will leverage these connections to return to Seoul and Taipei and host the association’s first post-covid events in China in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
For the past three years, India has been the 3rd largest EB-5 market in the world which is unlikely to change any time soon. In fact, recent IIUSA events in the sub-continent have shown strong interest in U.S. investment and immigration opportunities.
With numerous events in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad already under our belts, we are looking ahead to further growth and exploration in this dynamic market in 2024.
