Last week, IIUSA Executive Director Peter D. Joseph served as a panelist on a webinar about the impact being made by EB-5 in California, key rules and regulations, and considerations for incorporating EB-5 into potential projects. The webcast, hosted by longtime IIUSA partner Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) and in conjunction with the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), also featured panelists including IIUSA members Mariza McKee, Associate from Kutak Rock LLP and Kraig Schwigen, Senior Vice President at CMB Regional Centers.
