Call for Nominations for 2023 IIUSA Board of Directors Election Open Until March 27
IIUSA will host its Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, May 21, 2023 at the start of our 13th Annual EB-5 Industry Forum in San Diego, CA. The main agenda item for the meeting will be the Board of Directors elections.
The call for nominations is now open until Monday, March 27. Nominations must be submitted through this form. Any IIUSA member in good standing* can be nominated for the elections by either him/herself or another IIUSA member. Submitting a nomination through the form does not guarantee a person will be placed on the final ballot, but rather includes them in the deliberation process of the 2023 Nominations Committee who ultimately decides on the slate.
Officers (President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer) are elected on an annual basis. Directors’ positions are elected on rotating 3-year terms. Due to a bylaws stipulation, only Regional Center members can fill this year’s two open Director seats.
Any nominations must be received via the nominations form no later than Monday, March 27, 2023. Any nominations submitted after that date will not be considered.
