Earlier today, IIUSA welcomed Fred Troncone, Senior Advisor, USCIS Ombudsman Office, on our February Members teleconference. Mr. Troncone’s presentation, moderated by Robert C. Divine, IIUSA Vice President, focused on who the USCIS Ombudsman Office is and how they can assist IIUSA Members with their communications and proceedings with USCIS.
