In addition to the IIUSA perspective as the advocacy and trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program (“the Program”), there are a couple of other public/not-for-profit interest groups that offer important perspectives on the Program:
The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has an active EB-5 Committee. The Chair of the Committee is Ronald Klasko (also a long time IIUSA Individual/Associate Member). He keeps a running blog on many immigration matters, including the EB-5 Program. Click here to check it out.
USCIS has a blog called “The Beacon,” where they have made one EB-5 related post thus far in November 2010, titled: “What is the EB-5 Program?” With the recent mentioning by USCIS Director Mayorkas that he plans on personally getting involved in a policy/procedure review of the Program, hopefully there are more EB-5 related blog posts coming.
