The USCIS Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) recently released new decisions on I-526/I-829 and Regional Center denial appeals, which IIUSA has posted on our Basecamp Industry Intelligence Online (“I3 Online”) resource archive for members to access on demand. Similar to the last round of new non-precedent AAO relseased, IIUSA will be untertaking an analysis of the decisions in the coming weeks, which will be reported to you as soon as it is completed.
