Earlier today, U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs published the January Visa Bulletin (View PDF). All EB-5 Regional Center categories have gone to “U” meaning unauthorized.
Authorization for the EB-5 Regional Center is set to expire on December 22, 2017 which means that visa numbers are not currently authorized for after that date. When there is legislative action reauthorizing the EB-5 Program all final action dates would immediately become “Current” for all countries except Mainland-China born applicants who would be subject to a July 22, 2017 final action date.
