On Tuesday November 7, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) hosted a stakeholder engagement as part of USCIS’ continued efforts to enhance dialogue between the agency and the EB-5 stakeholder community.
On the first part of the engagement USCIS officials provided agency and program updates including what steps the agency has taken to address growing backlog. The second part of the engagement was a question and answer session.
