Last month, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that existing Regional Center termination notices are now available online and that additional notices will be posted as they become available. You can access the Regional Center termination notices here.
Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) Chief Nicholas Colucci announced in his March 3, 2017 Stakeholder Engagement remarks that publishing these notices is consistent with USCIS’s commitment to transparency of the EB-5 Program. The new tool is intended to inform Program stakeholders as well as the general public as to the reasons why a Regional Center was terminated and the type of activity that triggered the end of a designation.
IIUSA has a number of resources in its online Member Portal including a comprehensive database for Notices of Intent to Terminate and Final Termination letters, resources we have been collecting through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for several years. In addition, the IIUSA data dashboard analyzes important Program trends including annual Regional Center growth and termination statistics.
