The Economic Development Department has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to promote foreign investment opportunities and related services within the City of San Diego.
This RFP seeks to identify investment management firms with active United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Regional Center certification in the San Diego region who seek to participate in the visa program established under Section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.S.C. § 1153(b)(5) (EB-5 Program).
The deadline for submitting the RFP is May 22, 2017.
