Last week the House Judiciary Committee announced that it scheduled a hearing regarding The Department of Homeland Security’s Proposed Regulations Reforming the Investor Visa Program. The hearing will be tomorrow Wednesday, March 8 at 10am ET in the Rayburn House Office Building Room 2141.
In January, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published two separate proposed rules in the Federal Register, one addresses program monitoring and oversight, the other addresses TEAs and investment amounts. Both have a comment period that ends on April 11.
