IIUSA and the member led Membership Committee are excited to announce the creation of a new Mentorship Program. The newly launched IIUSA Mentorship Program will match recently-joined and new members with representatives from the Membership Committee as a means to acclimate them with the Association and help them utilize organization and industry resources.
The committee identified a need to implement a mentorship program as a means to more efficiently and effectively bring new members into the organization. Furthermore, the institution of a mentorship program is designed to promote higher overall membership retention, enhance membership benefits, and facilitate a feedback loop between the membership, IIUSA staff, and leadership.
IIUSA I would like to invite all new members of the organization to participate in this new program. To enroll, simply complete this short form. Once we receive your submission you will be matched with a mentor and they will contact you directly.
