It’s that time of year again! As a reminder, all EB-5 Regional Centers must file Form a I-924A, for each individual Regional Center designated during or before the fiscal year ending September 30. Form I-924A is the annual reporting form used to demonstrate a Regional Center’s continued eligibility for the Regional Center designation. Detailed instructions for the form can be found here.
This form must be filed for each fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year (on or before December 29) of the calendar year in which the fiscal year ended. The failure to timely file a Form I-924A will result in the issuance of an intent to terminate the participation of the regional center, which may ultimately result in the termination of the approval and designation of the Regional Center.
