Guest of Honor Speakers

IIUSA recently announced several Guest of Honor speakers which will address attendees. Julia Harrison, Deputy Chief, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO), Charles Oppenheim, Chief, U.S. Department of State Visa Controls Office, and Michele Layne, Regional Director, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Los Angeles Regional Office, will headline the EB-5 industry’s largest fall conference.
