The FY2013 USCIS adjudication data was first made public by IIUSA in January through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) disclosure. IIUSA subsequently posted this information to its blog. When USCIS announced the official FY2013 data on the 2/26 USCIS EB-5 Stakeholder Conference call (recording available here), IIUSA members were not well aware of what figures would be read off by Dan Renaud, the USCIS Deputy Associate Director of Field Operations. The one major discrepancy IIUSA noticed was the data pertaining to I-924 receipts. IIUSA’s FOIA results indicated form I-924 receipts to be 436, however, Mr. Renaud listed only 207 receipts on the stakeholder call. IIUSA is communicating with USCIS to reconcile the official I-924 receipts figures and we will relay this information to you as soon as possible.
