Earlier this week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) posted the full transcript of the meeting between the agency and members of the IIUSA Board of Directors. As previously reported IIUSA Board members were honored to be extended an invitation by the agency to meet in-person for substantive and productive conversation with USCIS Director, L. Francis Cissna, USCIS Policy Director, Kathy Nuebel Kovarik, and Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) Chief, Sarah Kendall.
During the meeting IIUSA and USCIS leadership addressed several EB-5 industry issues including a growing EB-5 visa backlog and concerns and lack of clarity on redeployment options. To assure transparency, the full transcript of the recording has been posted to USCIS website’s “Reading Room”.
