Next month, during IIUSAs Virtual Industry Forum, Charlie Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the U.S. Department of State will address the EB-5 industry. We are honored once again to have Mr. Oppenheim participating in our event and we look forward to his insights.
During his presentation, Mr. Oppenheim will discuss the latest visa numbers and predictions for the year ahead and share insights on the year that was and what 2021 may hold in store for the EB-5 visa movement. During the address, he will also answer questions submitted both by IIUSA and the industry at large. To ensure the discussion runs smoothly we are asking that participants submit their questions in advance of the discussion by emailing education@iiusa.org.
Immediately following the presentation, a follow-up panel will analyze Mr. Oppeheim’s remarks as well as address other topics of the day including travel restrictions, COVID-induced delays, and immigration bans.
