advocateWe realize that the onset of winter and frigid temperatures (for most of you, anyway!) of the holiday season may discourage you thinking too far ahead into 2014. Well, here is brief reminder that in a few short months, warmth will again be upon us and we can’t think of a better way to welcome the Spring  season than with friends and colleagues at IIUSA’s 7th Annual Regional Center Advocacy Conference May 7th through 9th, in our nation’s capital! For your convenience, we will also be hosting the annual IIUSA Membership Meeting on May 7th(Wednesday) to kick off the week’s events. We have booked the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Capitol Hill and will be offering a group reservation rate on a first-come, first-serve basis through April 1, 2014.

This year’s platform for industry development will include grassroots advocacy, advanced education, as well as an abundance of business development and networking opportunities. Expert speakers from across the EB-5 Industry and the federal government will address trending topics on how the EB-5 Regional Center Program continues to evolve and what the future holds for key industry stakeholders. With the 113th Congress considering comprehensive immigration reform, USCIS opening its DC-based EB-5 Program Office, and the increase in federal inter-agency collaboration and Congressional oversight on the Program, it is more important than ever that we advocate with our voice in Washington, DC in pursuit of our common goals and collective interests.

Take a look at our preliminary conference schedule and be sure to sign up soon to take advantage of our Early Bird Discount of $450 for IIUSA members. Register Here!

Sponsorship and Exhibit Space will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For sponsorship, please contact Allen Wolff at allen.wolff@iiusa.org. With other general questions on the event, please contact Mirinda James at mirinda.james@iiusa.org.
