All approved Regional Centers should be prepared to file Form I-924A by the end of next week at the latest!  In addition to the overview below, USCIS offered a supplemental Q&A series in 2011 as additional guidance to completing the form.  IIUSA also hosted an informative webinar last month on the subject featuring K. David Andersson, IIUSA President, Peter D. Joseph, IIUSA Executive Director, and H. Ronald Klasko, IIUSA Best Practices Committee Chair.  The webinar highlighted 2011 924A filing trends (based on an analysis of 125+ filings), practice tips, and a step by step overview of the form.  Email info@iiusa.org if you are interested viewing a recording.
