This year’s P3C Conference in Dallas, TX from February 23-25 is shaping up to be the most highly attended event in conference history. According to organization host The Public-Private Partnership Alliance, registration is up 40% over last year and 41% of registrants represent a city, state or public agency compared to 35% in 2014.
