IIUSA Public Policy Committee to Focus on EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act Implementation Questions

10.03.22 | Government Affairs

IIUSA’s Public Policy Committee recently formed 8 subcommittees to address questions on implementation of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA). The formation of the subcommittees came as a result of IIUSA’s Leadership Circle’s inaugural Leadership Summit in August when the association decided to take proactive steps toward understanding the RIA’s new environment and how the association may develop ideas and suggestions for any interaction with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).

Members from the IIUSA Board, Leadership Circle, and Public Policy Committee will participate in the subcommittees. The work product of these groups will be a crucial resource for IIUSA in any meetings or interactions with USCIS.

The subcommittee topics, which can be viewed below, were created with extensive input from committee members and distilled down to 8 overarching topics to address what is viewed as the most pressing issues and questions.

Any questions related to this effort can be directed to ashley.casey@iiusa.org.

IIUSA would like to thank its Public Policy Committee and Leadership Circle for its input and leadership in this member-driven endeavor.
