EB-5 Stakeholders: Submit Your Comments to USCIS on Proposed New Form I-526

Globe'On July 11, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published in the Federal Register proposed changes to form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur.

As part of IIUSA’s ongoing effort to engage with government agencies involved in the EB-5 Regional Center Program, including USCIS, its Best Practices and Public Policy Committees are compiling comments to submit on behalf of the Association.

If you have comments you would like considered for submission with the joint Best Practices-Public Policy Committee comments, please submit them to advocacy@iiusa.org no later than 5pm ET on Wednesday, August 31. In your submission, please reference the page number, section and question to which your comment refers on the new form.

Alternatively, we encourage members to submit comments individually to USCIS via email at USCISFRComment@uscis.dhs.gov by the submission deadline of September 9.
