Last week, USCIS Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) added new content to the EB-5 Resources website including a suggested list and order of contents for EB-5 forms I-526, I-829 and I-924. The newly added pages do not add any new requirements but are instead intended to serve as a guide for standardizing EB-5 form submissions.
For the initial evidentiary requirements identifying required documentation, please consult regulations and the instructions for the corresponding forms.
