IIUSA Seats a New Board of Directors

Earlier this week, IIUSA hosted its 2023 EB-5 Industry Forum which featured, 300+ attendees, 40+ sponsors, numerous insightful panels, and an inspirational guest speaker. Prior to the official conference kickoff, the association held its annual membership meeting which saw bylaw amendments, financial reports, and importantly the election of new officers and two new board members.

Each prospective candidate had an opportunity to address gathered attendees sharing their own experiences and perspectives with the gathered membership.  The entire slate offered dedicated experts willing to give their time for the improvement of the association and the industry and for that alone, every candidate is laudable and appreciated.

After the votes were tallied with very close margins, IIUSA is proud and grateful to announce its newest leaders. Welcome to the association’s newest officers Bill Gresser, President, EB5 New York State (President); Noreen Hogan, President, CMB Regional Centers (Vice-President); Adam Greene, Executive Vice President EB-5 Program, Peachtree Group (Secretary-Treasurer) as well as our two newest board members Lulu Gordon, General Counsel, EB5 Capital and Daniel Wycklendt, President, FirstPathway Partners.

IIUSA Executive Director Aaron Grau, noted, “The association is honored to have so many talented members that demonstrate industry expertise and deep commitment to the only EB-5 industry trade association. I look forward to working our newly elected officers, board members, Leadership Circle, industry partners, and membership at large in the important year to come.”

The association also offered its profound thanks to two leaders who stepped down:  Steve Strnisha (Cleveland International Fund) who stepped away from the role of Secretary/Treasurer and Bob Kraft (FirstPathway Partners) who stepped down as IIUSA’s president.  Both men helped lead the association through some of the industry’s most troubled waters and for that, they will always have the association’s and the industry’s gratitude and respect.
