May 2023 Edition of the IIUSA Regional Center Business Journal Now Available Digitally

05.31.23 | Education

IIUSA is thrilled to announce the digital release of the May 2023 edition of the IIUSA Regional Center Business Journal (RCBJ), following its distribution in hard copy at the 13th Annual EB-5 Industry Forum in San Diego.

This edition of the RCBJ is particularly relevant in light of the first anniversary of the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA). Articles delve into a variety of topics crucial to the EB-5 Regional Center industry today, reflecting on the changes brought about by this important legislation.

Readers can expect comprehensive and insightful coverage on source of funds issues related to currency swaps, guidance on navigating the EB-5 visa interview, a deep dive into Regional Center securities compliance, an exploration of the Regional Center designation litigation settlement agreement, an understanding of “visa waste”, and much more.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Editorial Committee for their unwavering commitment and dedication to producing and reviewing timely articles for our readers. Their expertise and diligence have been instrumental in maintaining the high standard of the RCBJ, the EB-5 industry’s premier educational magazine.

The digital version of the RCBJ is now available on the IIUSA website. Simply click here to access the wealth of knowledge in this edition.

We encourage IIUSA members to contribute to the ongoing conversation by submitting topic ideas to the Editorial Committee. You can review the submission standards here. If you have a proposal, please send it directly to education@iiusa.org for consideration by the Editorial Committee. The next edition of the IIUSA Regional Center Business Journal will be published in late October/early November 2023; however, IIUSA is always accepting topic proposals for publication in both the RCBJ and on the IIUSA blog.

We look forward to the active participation and engagement of our members with the RCBJ as we continue to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the EB-5 industry together.
