IIUSA is the only national not-for-profit membership association for EB-5 Regional Center stakeholders and we are proud to represent over 250 member organizations across the United States and around the world. Our members collectively champion the many benefits of EB-5 and are vocal supporters of industry integrity, best practices, investor protections and important the mission of EB-5 job creation and economic development.

David is currently Chair of AILA’s National EB-5 Investor Visa Committee (2020-21). For multiple years, he was named as one of the “Top 25 Attorneys in the EB-5 Industry” by EB5 Investor Magazine. David is also the Senior Editor of the leading EB-5 legal book in the industry, “AILA Immigration Options for Investors & Entrepreneurs” (4th Ed.)(2018). In 2016, David became an “Of Counsel” lawyer to the Bethesda-based immigration firm, Donoso & Associates.
