IIUSA Heads to Dubai on Mission of EB-5 Advocacy & Education Next Week

IIUSA is honored to bring its EB-5 Regional Center Program advocacy and education mission to Dubai next week at the Henley & Partner 6th Annual Global Residence & Citizenship Conference in Dubai (11/20-11/22).  K. David Andersson, IIUSA President, will be speaking on a 11/21 panel titled “The USA EB-5 and Canada Immigrant Investor Program (IIP) .”  On the heels of the recent changes to Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) – that issued a general license to Iranian transactions related to EB-5 investment funds and news that Chinese applicants may end up in backlog later this fiscal year – this event is a timely opportunity for the EB-5 Regional Center Program to expand its horizons.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact and build lasting relationships with 200+ other attendees, made up of: “high-net worth individuals who wish to relocate for business or personal reasons,” “professional experts, such as advisors, immigration lawyers, wealth planners, private bankers, etc.,” and “government representatives of many jurisdictions featured in the conference.”

It is only in recent years, thanks in large part to the work of Regional Centers, that the EB-5 Program has become a reliable option for investment-based immigration in the global marketplace.  IIUSA is thrilled to expand its education and advocacy mission overseas to support the welcome (and appropriate) change in public opinion with this exciting opportunity.

There is still a small window of opportunity for those interested in attending the event!  IIUSA members have a special rate of $1,000/individual tickets to attend.  Join several IIUSA members who have already signed up to be part of the attending delegation, including American Dream Fund, USA Continental Regional Center, Extell Development Regional Center, US Immigration Investment Center, and Northeastern State University.
