As of November 30 2017, USCIS is processing the I-526 petitions that it recieved before December 12, 2015; I-829 petitions recieved before October 24, 2015 and the I-924 applications received before December 2 ,2015.
Key Highlights on Latest EB-5 Processing Time Statistics:
- Form I-526: The processing date advanced three weeks form October with averaging processing times right around 24 months.
- Form I-829: Processing data advanced 52 days since October which was the largest advancement in 2017. Average processing time remains around 25 months
- Form I-924: application processing time is now at 24 moths near the programs all time high.
