(Read the Comprehensive Data Analysis)

The EB‐5 investor market in India continues to grow rapidly as the data suggests that the number of I-526 petitions filed by India investors in FY2017 increased 66% from 2016.

1

Since the inception of the EB-5 Program Regional Center Program in FY1992 over $742 million has be contributed by India investors with approximately $235 million of that funding coming in FY2017 alone.

6

India’s high net worth individual (HNWI) population grew by 20% between 2016 and 2017 to approximately 263,000, the highest growth among all countries in Asia‐Pacific

2

The United States is the second largest destination for Indian migrants-second only to the United Arab Emirates!

5

In 2017, 88% of the UAE population was international immigrants. With EB-5 visa usage counted by the applicants country of origin not of residency, it is important to note that the UAE is a valuable EB-5 market with access to investors from around the world gathered in one place.

3

Outside of Indian investors, the UAE was also a strong source of investors from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Philippines and Indonesia in FY2017.
