House Judiciary Committee: The Department of Homeland Security’s Proposed Regulations Reforming the Investor Visa Program

The House Judiciary Committee has announced that it has scheduled a hearing on The Department of Homeland Security’s Proposed Regulations Reforming the Investor Visa Program for Wednesday, March 8th at 10am EST in the Rayburn House Office Building Room 2141.

In January, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published two separate proposed rules in the Federal Register, one addresses program monitoring and oversight, the other addresses TEAs and investment amounts. Both have a comment period that ends on April 11.
