Advocacy Alert: EB-5 Gets Clean Extension Until Dec. 21

IIUSA Seal 2015 (png)Today, December 7, 2018, President Trump signed a stopgap spending bill, avoiding a government shutdown and giving the EB-5 Program a short-term extension until December 21.

IIUSA is active on Capitol Hill and will continue to visit offices and advocate on your behalf. As we learn more leading up to the next sunset date of December 21, we will keep you informed of progress made on a long-term reauthorization of the Program.
