Since 2022, the IIUSA Event Passport Series has been connecting members, investors, and migration professionals at events across the globe.

To date, we have hosted 22 events in 12 countries and we are excited to provide the EB-5 industry with a sneak peak of our 2024 schedule of events which will take us to Latin America, Southeast Asia, India, and East Asia. The 2024 events will connect participants with the investor markets that have accounted for 70% of all EB-5 capital formation.

Now through September 1st, all IIUSA members are eligible to receive a 10% discount on available opportunities. All you need to do is complete the short form below to get involved.

Q1/Q2: Latin America & Southeast Asia

IIUSA’s ongoing relationship with American Chamber of Commerce chapters throughout Latin America as well as local regional chambers continues to pay dividends for event participants. In 2023, the association hosted events in Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina.

Looking ahead to 2024, Colombia continues to be the largest EB-5 market in the region and we are excited to explore the quickly emerging markets of Peru and Chile…LEARN MORE

IIUSA’S largest event thus far in 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where we were pleased to host over 260 attendees – prospective investors and their representatives. We plan to build on that success by returning to HCMC and hosting our first event in Hai Phong.

Likewise, we will return to Hong Kong and open the door to Singapore, both of which have strong local interest in EB-5, while also acting as major entrepôts for high net-worth individuals from around the region…LEARN MORE

Q3/Q4: East Asia & India

East Asia remains the hub for all things EB-5 with China retaining its position at the center of the EB-5 industry.

IIUSA maintains strong partnerships with the Korean Emigration Association, Taiwan Immigration Consultants Association, and the Guangdong Entry & Exit Association among others. We will leverage these connections to return to Seoul and Taipei and host the association’s first post-covid events in China in Shenzhen and Shanghai.

For the past three years, India has been the 3rd largest EB-5 market in the world which is unlikely to change any time soon. In fact, recent IIUSA events in the sub-continent have shown strong interest in U.S. investment and immigration opportunities.

With numerous events in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad already under our belts, we are looking ahead to further growth and exploration in this dynamic market in 2024.
