Earlier this week, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that its next EB-5 stakeholder teleconference listening session will be held on Thursday, July 13 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EST. The engagement is intended to to provide feedback on potential regulatory and policy changes for the EB-5 Regional Center Program and is is part of USCIS’s ongoing efforts to enhance dialogue with stakeholders in the program, also known as EB-5.
In preparation for this session, USCIS will distribute a list of topics that we would like your input on. USCIS will share this list of topics within the coming days.
