USCIS Invites You to Ask Questions About the EB-5 Program

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the agency will participate in an online presentation and “provide program updates and respond to the pre-submitted questions” from the public, inviting EB-5 stakeholders to send questions to public.engagement@uscis.dhs.gov by October 9 at 4pm EST.

IIUSA is also collecting questions for Ms. Sarah Kendall’s participation in our 2020 EB-5 Virtual Industry Forum on Tuesday, November 10. We would like to submit a comprehensive list of questions from industry stakeholders, so we ask for you to send your questions for Ms. Kendall to education@iiusa.org by October 8 to be included with IIUSA’s submission.

Do you have questions about the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the EB-5 program?  USCIS would like to hear from you.

If you have questions about the EB-5 program, we invite you to submit questions by emailing public.engagement@uscis.dhs.gov
 by Oct. 9 at 4 p.m. Eastern.

Put “EB-5 Question” in the subject line. We will not address case-specific questions.
USCIS will release an online presentation to provide program updates and respond to pre-submitted questions.

Chief of USCIS Immigration Investor Program Office (IPO) to Present at IIUSA EB-5 Industry Virtual Forum

Ms. Sarah M. Kendall, Chief of the Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) at USCIS, addresses attendees at the 2019 EB-5 Industry Forum in Seattle, WA

Ms. Sarah M. Kendall, Chief of the IPO at U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) will be a Guest of Honor speaker for the upcoming IIUSA Virtual Industry Forum Tuesday, November 10.

Ms. Kendall has graciously agreed to address questions submitted by the industry in advance of the discussion. We invite you send your questions to IIUSA (education@iiusa.org). All questions must be received by October 8.
