The 2025 IIUSA Southeast Asia Passport Series successfully concluded earlier this week, wrapping up an engaging three-city tour across Shanghai, Taipei, and Seoul. Each event was well attended, highly informative, and yes, fun!
In all three cities, attendees included veteran EB-5 practitioners, migration agents, and newcomers to the industry. To ensure IIUSA delivered relevant and valuable insights, the series addressed a range of timely topics, including the Trump Administration’s Gold Card program, recent EB-5 data trends, and updates on IIUSA’s advocacy work ahead of the Programs reauthorization deadline in 2027.
IIUSA extends its sincere gratitude to our generous sponsors, without whom these events would not be possible; to our international IIUSA members who shared their expertise and insights throughout the series, and to our supporting partners. Their participation and collaboration continue to be vital to IIUSA’s mission and to the strength of the EB-5 industry worldwide.
Reflecting on the success of this year’s series, IIUSA Executive Director Aaron Grau shared,
“I was proud to participate in this year’s events, which exemplify IIUSA’s ongoing commitment to education, advocacy, and business development on a global scale. The engagement and collaboration we saw across these three dynamic markets reaffirms the importance of IIUSA’s work and the vitality of our international community.”
