Read the Spring 2025 Edition of IIUSA’s Regional Center Business Journal

IIUSA is pleased to announce that the spring edition of its Regional Center Business Journal is available to read digitally on the IIUSA website. The edition was first released in hard copy at the 15th Annual IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum in Houston in late April, but the digital version is now available for your reading pleasure at your convenience.

The edition’s articles take a look at various U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) adjudication trends such as RFEs and NOIDs, TEA designations, and pushback on expansive Regional Center geography. Other articles look at EB-5 litigation related to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, EB-5 data trends, a countdown to the 2027 reauthorization, and how to verify accredited investors.

This is just a sampling of what topics are tackled in this edition. Access the full journal to read up on what some of the EB-5 industry’s foremost professionals are experiencing and seeing in the space.

IIUSA would like to thank its Editorial Committee for its tireless work to pull together the RCBJ twice a year. It is no small task to brainstorm article ideas, find authors, and provide editorial review for everything we publish, all while meeting strict deadlines. We are eternally grateful for the committee’s commitment to this work product that is not just impressive, but an essential resource for EB-5 education.

We would also like to thank the authors of this edition for their time and energy to research and write their articles. Your engagement and your willingness to share your expertise for the betterment of the EB-5 industry is much appreciated.
