After more than a year of dedicated collaboration, thoughtful discussion, and careful drafting, the IIUSA Best Practices Committee is pleased to share the newly published EB-5 Program Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) — a practical, plain-language resource to help promote clarity, compliance, and sound business practices across our industry.
Our goal from the outset was simple but ambitious: to replace outdated best practices materials with something accurate, relevant, and easy to use in the post-RIA landscape. The result is a comprehensive FAQ that covers everything from core program fundamentals to more nuanced compliance issues — all presented in a way that is accessible to practitioners at every level.
What makes this resource meaningful is that it was built by the industry, for the industry. Every question and answer reflects the collective insight and expertise of the Best Practices Committee members, who generously contributed their time and knowledge to ensure the document meets the highest standards of usefulness and integrity.
We see this as a living document. The Committee will review and update it annually so it remains aligned with evolving laws, regulations, and market realities. We hope that you’ll keep it close at hand, share it with your networks, and refer to it often in your work.
