On Friday June 3, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) held a stakeholder engagement listening session titled, Dialogue with the Director as part of USCIS’ continued efforts to enhance the dialogue between the agency and relevant stakeholders. During the first part of the engagement, USCIS Director León Rodríguez highlighted ongoing agency initiatives. The second part was a question-and-answer session.
Director Rodríguez addressed the EB-5 Program several times (between the 35 minute to 50 minute mark), commenting on age-out scenarios and petition processing times.
