Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the national trade association representing the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, and the Korean Emigration Association (KEA), the leading organization representing Korea’s licensed migration and emigration professionals, today announced a strategic collaboration on the IIUSA EB-5 Event Passport Series event to be held March 12, 2026, at the Josun Palace in Seoul.

The joint program reflects a continued commitment by IIUSA and KEA to advancing high-quality education, regulatory clarity, and professional standards within the EB-5 marketplace. Bringing together the foremost institutional voices from the United States and South Korea, the event is expected to serve as a cornerstone EB-5 educational forum for the Korean market in 2026.

As the recognized voice of the EB-5 industry in the United States, IIUSA provides authoritative insight into U.S. immigration policy, regulatory developments, and best practices shaping the future of the program. KEA, as Korea’s preeminent association for emigration and migration professionals, plays a critical role in promoting professionalism, investor protection, and responsible advisory practices within the Korean market.

The Seoul program will feature in-depth discussions focused on:

  • Current and emerging EB-5 policy and regulatory developments
  • Compliance standards and risk management best practices
  • Investor protection and market transparency
  • Strengthening institutional collaboration between U.S. and Korean stakeholders

A well-informed marketplace is essential to the long-term strength and integrity of EB-5,” said Aaron Grau, Executive Director of IIUSA. “Partnering with the Korean Emigration Association allows us to engage directly with Korea’s professional community and deliver education that is grounded in policy, compliance, and investor protection. We are pleased to collaborate on what will be a highly substantive forum in Seoul.”

This joint initiative underscores both organizations’ belief that cross-border cooperation, credible education, and strong institutional leadership are fundamental to sustaining confidence in the EB-5 program worldwide.
