IIUSA’s 2026 events have started out with a bang – it’s clear the EB-5 industry is seeking authoritative, stable leadership during this critical time for our industry.
The feedback from our recent stops in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen highlights what differentiates IIUSA from commercial, for-profit seminars.
As the only not-for-profit trade association for the industry, IIUSA provides a depth of engagement that commercial organizers simply cannot replicate. Our recent China events showcased the power of:
Official Partnerships vs. Paid Lists
Our China tour was successful because of our long-standing relationships with regional industry bodies and professional associations, ensuring you are in a room with high-quality migration agents and investors. IIUSA’s events are not seminars organized for commercial purposes – they are convenings of the industry itself.
Real-Time Regulatory Authority
At our recent stops, topics discussed included the RIA’s implementation, visa set-aside data, and the latest from Capitol Hill. Because IIUSA is the leading voice of the EB-5 industry, our programming provides regulatory intelligence and unique policy insights that stakeholders need to navigate the current market sensibly and professionally.
Institutional Stability and Credibility
IIUSA’s Passport Series events are backed by leading organizations that comprise IIUSA’s membership. Participation in an IIUSA event is an endorsement of your firm’s commitment to industry best practices and long-term program integrity – a critical distinction for industry professionals in a crowded field.
Advocacy ROI
Unlike for-profit organizers, IIUSA has no financial stake in specific EB-5 projects. Our “profit” is the continued health and reauthorization of the program itself. Every event we host feeds back into our lobbying, grassroots, and advocacy efforts to protect your business interests in Washington, D.C.

Looking Ahead to March Passport Series
IIUSA is excited to host our next Passport Series events in March in Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei & Seoul (March 7-12). With strong partnerships in place with the Taiwan Immigration Consultants Association, the Korean Emigration Association, and others, our events will provide business development opportunities and insights, and analysis that will not be available elsewhere, making our March events must-attend engagements.
We look forward to continuing the momentum from our China events and welcoming you to events convened by the industry, for the industry.
