IIUSA EB-5 Basics Module Recently Updated
The IIUSA EB-5 Basics Module was recently updated after a careful review by the IIUSA Best Practices Committee. While there weren’t many substantive updates to be made, the annual review process of this widely used educational resource is an important exercise to ensure accuracy and correctness.
The association is grateful to have a group of engaged members on the Best Practices Committee who are committed to our mission to provide beneficial education opportunities to both the EB-5 industry and the public.
If you are unfamiliar with the IIUSA EB-5 Basics Module, it is a digital course available through the IIUSA EB-5 Education Library that allows learners to quickly and conveniently get up to speed on the basics of the EB-5 program from the comfort of their home or office. It is perfect for new hires and anyone looking for a “crash course” in EB-5.
The module was first published in 2019 then underwent a major overhaul to update it in light of the passage of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA). Since then, it has been regularly reviewed and updated. Learn more here.
