
IIUSA welcomes Alan Yang, partner at PKF Demei Law Firm, on board as the association’s International Forum Chair for Mainland-China
Washington, D.C. – June 23, 2025 – Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the national not-for-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alan Yang as the new IIUSA International Forum Chair for Mainland China. IIUSA’s International Forums are led by EB-5 industry leaders in key international markets to foster meaningful partnerships and maintain a strong local presence in key international markets.
In this key role, Mr. Yang will support the association’s mission and promote the benefits of the EB-5 Regional Center Program through membership engagement, educational programming, and business development initiatives throughout Mainland China.
Alan Yang is a partner at PKF Demei Law Firm, where he brings deep experience in U.S. business immigration matters. He advises employers of all sizes across a wide range of industries on immigration compliance and strategy, especially relating to the hiring and retention of foreign talent. His practice focuses on both temporary and permanent immigration solutions for multinational executives, professionals in science and information technology, and global business personnel. He also assists companies with the global transfer of employees, offering comprehensive immigration legal support in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Mr. Yang’s extensive knowledge of U.S. immigration law, combined with his practical, client-focused approach, positions him as an invaluable asset to IIUSA’s efforts in Mainland China. His leadership will be instrumental in facilitating informed dialogue, expanding the association’s educational outreach, and connecting with prospective stakeholders in the EB-5 industry.
