IIUSA is proud to announce the launch an EB-5 Video Vault on IIUSA.org. The videos from around the country help bring to life the EB-5 Program and highlight many of the projects that have utilized EB-5 investments to create American jobs and foster economic development in diverse communities across the U.S. – all at no cost to the taxpayer.
Featured job-creating projects across the country funded by EB-5 investments include the revitalization of the Cedars neighborhood of Dallas, TX – a largely neglected area that formerly had a poverty rate of over 40%, high unemployment and a family income of less than half of the area’s median income; the construction of the Global Water Center in Milwaukee that houses twenty-five organizations, academic programs, multinational corporations, and startup businesses; he development of a medical campus in Buffalo, NY; The redevelopment of San Francisco’s southeast waterfront to transform the long-dormant Hunters Point Naval Shipyard into a vibrant master-planned community and much more!
